The Philosophy of BRAVE Humanity.

We are here to rehumanize the human experience.

We know that being alive is hard. The idea that it is supposed to be easy, that to struggle indicates a personal flaw or failure, is wrong. Whatever it is that brought you here, any labelled or diagnosed concern or struggle, will be met and attended to with curiosity and compassion. We will see your struggles as an adaptive and resourceful response to your life at a time when nothing else was available to you.

Our wish for you? To trust in the experience of your humanity. We want to invite you into a loving, compassionate and curious perspective of your life. We want you to discover the inherent resilience and capacity for healing and joy that resides within you. In time, you too will come to know and hold sacred all shades of your humanity and experience self-belonging within it all.

If you notice your mind, body, and emotions reacting with resistance, please stay with us. We too internalized beliefs that our pain, fear, anger and confusion meant we were broken. We have come to know this is absurdly untrue.

We are inviting you to listen to your pain.
To be curious and compassionate,
and to turn lovingly towards it.
