What is reclaiming your wholeness about?

It is an invitation into remembering your inherent wholeness and worthiness. This group provides women with a safe space to show up as is, both as givers and receivers of this safety. It is an invitation into relationship with your body as the portal to love, presence, connection, and belonging to yourself and within relationship.

Who is this group for?

This group is a group for women seeking a safe place for connection and community among women. It is for women who have felt a longing for more, even if they are unsure what more is. It is for women who are longing to feel a sense of connection and belonging to themselves. 

How long is this group?

The group is held weekly for 8 consecutive weeks. Each group is 2 hours long, beginning at 9:00am and ending at 11:00am. Due to time limits we ask that members arrive on time. 

What is the investment? 

$1080.00 is the total price for the 8 week group or $135.00/session. Participants can either pay in full for the 8 weeks or pay each session. Either way we will send you the receipt individually for each session.  As both of us are registered Psychologists in Alberta these sessions will be covered by most benefit plans.

Are there refunds?

Due to the nature of the program and our desire to protect and support the cohesiveness of the group of women who have chosen to participate, as well as the intentional creation of this space and time, we do not offer refunds for the group once it has started.

What if I can’t attend every week? 

This group’s success is built on the relationships formed between the members. When sessions are missed this has an impact on maintaining this sense of cohesiveness and sacredness of this space. We understand that with a 12 week program there may be times when members may occasionally need to miss a session. Our policy is that members can miss up to a maximum of 3 sessions, knowing that this will also have an impact and is not ideal. We are willing to give a discount of $50.00 per session missed for the first two sessions, if these missed session dates are provided in advance of the group start.

INVESTMENT: Early Bird Price $1520.00 until January 16th, 2024, Regular Price $1620.00

REMEMBRANCE

RECONNECTION

  • Exploring our relationship with tension and dismantling the idea that when we struggle it means we are broken, not enough, or failing.

RECLAMATION

  • Exploring what reclamation means.

  • Exploring the reclamation of self-trust, our intuition, wholeness and worthiness.

  • Exploring self-belonging and responsibility for self.

  • Exploring the integration of these inherent truths into our human experience.

  • Developing a personal practice of reclamation.

We invite you into this safe space with one another as we journey through this process of reclaiming our wholeness. We ourselves have experienced the power of being witnessed in our own process of reclaiming self belonging. We are so excited to companion you on your journey through this same process.
